CASTLE RIVER
Alberta’s Castle River supports a healthy cutthroat trout population, along with a smattering of bulls and rainbows. Fly anglers do well throwing bushy dry flies wherever holding water is found. Early in the season, fish lower in the system, then move upstream as the waters warm. Visit the nearby Crowsnest Café & Fly Shop for the hottest local flies—and scrumptious pie.
